Returns or exchanges are available for items purchased directly from AbsolutelyRidiculous.com within 30 days from date of receipt.

Return/exchange is not available for clearance items or personalized products (i.e. custom embroidery or etched items and commissioned pieces). We do offer a one year warranty on all of our baseball and softball gloves. For more information on our baseball and softball glove warranty policy and process please visit our warranty page.
 

Absolutely Ridiculous is not responsible for any return shipping costs or duties for domestic and international returns unless there was an error that occurred on our part (ie. factory defect, incorrect item shipped, incorrect size, etc).

To initiate a return or exchange please email our customer service team at team@ariagloves.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please note that not all items can be exchanged as exchanges are based on availability. 

  • Ready to Ship (In Stock) Fielding Gloves
    • Absolutely Ridiculous Guarantee: 30-day return available for all non-personalized gloves
    • Item must be returned with all original packaging and unused and unaltered (ie. not broken in further than when received, does not have any glove conditioner added to it, etc)
  • Custom Fitted Fielding Gloves (ie. Customized Gloves, Made Upon Order, Built to Your Specs, etc)
    • These items are hand made to your chosen specs after your order is submitted. This is a highly skilled, and labor intensive process to hand craft your glove to your chosen specs at professional grade quality. Please keep this in mind when considering canceling or returning custom glove orders as what your chosen specs are may not be what most others chosen specs are leaving us with a glove that may be difficult to find a new home for.
    • Item must be returned with all original packaging and unused and unaltered (ie. not broken in further than when received, does not have any glove conditioner added to it, etc)
    • There may be a $20 restocking fee applicable on top of your postage fees for shipping. This is only for the custom fitted (made for you specifically) glove returns.

  • Apparel, Headwear, Bags, and Batting Gloves
    • Item must be in new condition and include all original tags and packaging
    • Item must not be washed, worn, or altered
  • Protective Gear / Sliding Mitts
    • Item must be new and unused and include all original packaging
    • Exchanges at this time are unlikely due to popularity and difficulty to keep items in stock
  • Metal Bats and Accessories
    • Item must be new and unused INSIDE all original packaging 
    • Customized items (engraving) are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Wood Bats
    • Non-custom bats only can be returned within our return policy
    • Item must be new, unused, and un-altered
    • Custom Pro wood bats are not available for return or exchange
  • Sunglasses
    • Product should be returned with the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that was included with the product. Product must be in original condition.
  • Clearance Items
    • No returns or exchanges are available for clearance items... though we have never had a clearance item.
  • Dick's Sporting Good's Purchases and 3rd Party Other Retailers
    • We do not accept any returns or exchanges from 3rd party retailers. Items purchased from 3rd party retailers are purchased under their own terms of service and policies.
  • Purchased at Studio X or Absolutely Ridiculous Official Pop-Up
    • Returns must be made in person at Studio X: 2316 Cruzen St. Nashville, TN 37211. We do not accept returns at any Pop-Up stores of ours.
    • Item must be in new condition and include all original tags and packaging

NOTE
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it is possible, though rare, for packages to be lost in the mail, or sent to incorrect addresses for which we are not responsible for these losses. You can be reimbursed by your chosen shipping provider however if you choose the correct shipping insurance on your return to cover that cost.
